Oneplus launched their flagship smartphone for this year, Oneplus 6. The company promised to deliver Android p beta update as soon as possible. Guess what, Oneplus finally did it. Android P beta update started rolling now. Google announced Android P beta update to come for other brands as well in which Oneplus includes in the list.
Oneplus 6 got the first Android P beta recently, this is the second major update for the device. This update can be termed as Android P Beta Preview 2. This update also fixes some of the bugs for the device including Face unlock, camera stability, and some app issues as well. Google lens was also seen integrated with the update.
How to upgrade to Android P Beta on Oneplus 6
In order to update, Oneplus 6 user to have to do a factory reset to their device. Now they can download the file from the oneplus forum and flash it on the device. The update also adds some awesome features like dual rear camera support, google lens integration, improved face recognization and much more.
This is the developer preview, so you might face some bugs because of it not being stable. If you want good performance over features, stick to the stable Oxygen OS version. We have discussed some tips to remember before upgrading to developer preview on Oneplus 6 below.

- Keep your phone charged at least 40% before you upgrade to developer preview.
- Backup all your important data to any other device.

- Have some patience and use your brain as well.
